Returns Policy

if there is a DEFECT OR MisTAKE

We take great pride in offering high-quality products. If you receive an item that has a defect or mistake, please let us know within seven (7) days of receiving the item and we will be happy to exchange your item.

To request an exchange, simply email us at support@stately.store. Please be sure to include the following information:  Order #, item, and reason for the exchange in your email.

Please allow up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return. Once an eligible exchange has been processed, we will notify you via email.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.

The Stately Shirt Co. does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to The Stately Shirt Co.

 

IF YOUR NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may send it back unworn and unwashed within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or product exchange. There is a 25% re-stocking fee since shirts are made to order. Return the item (or items) by mailing it, a copy of the order packing slip or order confirmation email, and a note stating the reason for the return and whether you are requesting a refund or product exchange.

Once we receive your return, your new item(s) will be shipped out within 1-2 weeks or refunded within 3-5 business days.

For a successful exchange or return:

  • You must return the item(s) within 30 days of the date you received your order
  • Your purchased item(s) must be returned in their original condition—unworn and unwashed
